How do I redeem an offer?
Tap on one to see what it needs. Then tap the button to start a survey, write a review, or submit a receipt. For surveys, just answer honestly. For reviews, share your real feedback. For receipt offers, snap a photo of your receipt right in the app (or upload one from your gallery), choose which items you're claiming, and submit. It'll then show as pending while it's reviewed.
What kinds of offers does Caddle have?
There are few types: Surveys, Rebate (receipt) offers, Ratings & Reviews, sign ups for other services, and offers where you opt into a brand's email list. Rebate offers often ask for a specific size, flavour, retailer, or purchase method, so it helps to follow details closely.
How do I know exactly what an offer requires?
Just tap into the offer to see its full details and timing. This will show you things like the exact product size or flavour, any promo codes you need, and which stores count. Caddle checks your submission (including the product's UPC) against these details, so a similar product won't count if it's not an exact match.
Why did an offer disappear before I could redeem it, or before its time frame ended?
Every offer has a limited budget, so it works on a first come, first served basis. Once the spots are used up, the offer disappears even if there's technically time left. You might spot a "Not Many Left" tag as it gets close to running out. Sometimes a declined submission frees up a spot, so an offer can briefly pop back up. Since the budget and timing come from the brand running the offer, Caddle isn't able to extend either one.
How many times can I redeem the same offer?
It really depends on the offer. Some rebate offers let you redeem more than once, and you can check the offer page to see how many redemptions you have left (shown next to the Cash Back amount). Reviews, surveys, and email sign up offers can only be redeemed once each. If you want credit for multiple redemptions on a coupon offer, use the "+" button under the offer name to set the right quantity before you upload, otherwise you'll only get credit for one. For "Buy 2" type offers, both items need to be on the same receipt to count as a single claim.
Why do I see different offers than my friends or family?
Some offers go out to everyone, while others are more targeted. For example, a cat food survey might only go to members with cats, or a regional offer might only show up for members in that area. This is based on how you've answered Screener Surveys and Daily Surveys. Keeping your profile accurate and answering surveys honestly helps make sure the offers you see are actually relevant to you.
