What is Caddle? 
Caddle is a free, safe Canadian app where you can earn real cash back (sent to you by Interac transfer). You earn by taking surveys, uploading receipts after you shop, writing reviews, and playing games. It's totally up to you, however you wish to participate!
 

Is Caddle available outside Canada? 
No, Caddle is only available in Canada.
 

Can I use Caddle in French? 
Yes! Caddle works in both English and French. You can pick your display language and your offer language separately in your Account settings. If you set offers to "French only," you'll see fewer offers since most are currently only in English. For the best selection, it's a good idea to keep your offer language set to show both English and French.
 

How do I change or reset my password? 
If you're logged in, just head to Account > Edit, type in your new password, and save. If you're locked out, click "Forgot Password" on the login screen and follow the link we email you (check your Spam or Junk folder if it doesn't show up right away).
 

Can I have more than one Caddle account? 
No, we only allow one account per person. 
 

What happens if I stop using my account? 
If you go 6 months (12 months if you're in Quebec) without redeeming anything, your account becomes "Inactive" and a small $4.00 fee may be taken off your balance each month. Don't worry, it'll never bring your balance below zero. The moment you redeem anything (a survey, review, or receipt), your account becomes active again and the fee stops.
