Why are my receipts still pending?

You may be wondering how long it takes for receipt uploads to be approved. It generally takes up to 72 hours for receipts to be reviewed, but this process may take longer depending on the backlog of receipts in our system. As long as an upload is still showing as pending in your transaction history, sit tight, we're working on reviewing it!
